Terms and Conditions

• Turn around times on orders are generally 14-21 business days, but are subject to change depending on availability of material and order capacity. To see our current turn around time please view the announcement banner at the top of the website.
   

•  If you have an order over $400 (before any discounts) you must contact us before placing the order as this will extend turn around time by no less than 7 business days. 

 

• You have 30 calendar days to pick up your order before we reserve the right to sell your product. You will receive no refund as your product was made and you were notified. We will notify you multiple times.

 

• All products are made to order and in the order they are received.

 

• Rush processing is available.

 

• If you have any issues with your order you’ve received you must inform us within 3 business days of the shipment delivery. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner. *Damage would include a dented or broken tumbler, hole in a shirt, dent in a wood sign. A string hanging from your shirt, a ding in a wood sign, or a scratch (depending on the size) on your tumbler does not qualify for any refund.

 

• You are responsible for the product once it’s in your care. We are not responsible for any damage that may result from misuse or improper care. Please be sure to open packages carefully. We do our best to package as good as possible but sometimes things happen. We are not responsible if the package was opened incorrectly and caused damage to your product. (Scissors to open a t-shirt, dropping a glass tumbler trying to get it out) Please take care and do not throw or drop your packages. We try to put fragile stickers on the outside of the package so that it is known it can be broken if mishandled.

 

• We will not use any product that is not in our stock without prior authorization. (ex. Providing your own shirt, wood round, tumbler, etc.) We do this to guarantee the best quality product is always walking out our door and delivered to you! If we do make an exception and use a product provided by you, you will be required to sign a release of liability waiver in regards to the items you are providing us.

 

• Due to many different factors sometimes our products come out less than “perfect” small bumps in epoxy, seam lines, ghosted seams, not fully centered designs, etc. We do our absolute best to only send out quality items that WE would be proud to use. If something is not completely up to your standards, please let us know but also remember that we are a small 2 person business and sometimes crafts don’t work the way we want.

 

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Due to the nature of our business we will not offer any refunds on products purchased. Please reach out to us though if you have any questions or issues.

 

In the instance that a refund is provided it will take up to 14 business days to process. All refunds are at the discretion of Runnderful Creations.

Shipping

Once an item leaves our possession we are NOT responsible for what happens to it in transit.

With that being said, we are more than happy to file a claim on your behalf if the package is insured. To do so, we need a photo of how the package arrived to you and a photo of the contents of the package.

We VERY strongly advise you to select Priority Mail as your shipping selection in checkout. This comes with $100 of insurance. First class packages DO NOT carry insurance unless purchased. If you would like to add or include more insurance to your package, please let us know.

 

Privacy

Your information will not be sold, given away, or shown to anyone for any reason. Period. End of story. Our customers satisfaction and privacy are of the utmost importance to us.
